TAXES

Are taxes included in the price?

  • Taxes are calculated for each item purchased and are not included in the price. You will be able to see the amount of taxes calculated at check out.

PROCESSING TIME

What is your processing time?

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. You will get email updates on your order status from processing to shipping.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancellations are allowed only within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, cancellations will not be accepted. No exceptions will be made.

What is your return Policy?

  • We offer refunds only if the items arrived damaged or lost. All shipped orders are tracked. 

  • Refund or exchange request must be made within 72 hours of delivered orders or expected delivery date if lost. 
  • Pictures must be sent of damaged shipping packing and damaged items along with your name, address and order number at contactnefirose@thenefertitirosellc.shop. We will not honor refunds or exchange request if pictures of the damage is not provided. 

SHIPPING

  •  Stickers SHIP FOR FREE - everyday . We ship all orders with care! Small orders are dispatched in stamped envelopes via USPS, ensuring they arrive safe and sound.

  • For medium and large orders, we utilize sturdy cardboard mailers or bubble mailers, and if necessary, we may opt for a box, all depending on the size and weight of your order. Rest assured, tracking information will be provided for medium to large orders, so you can keep an eye on your delivery's journey!

Where do you ship to?

  • We only ship within the United States now, but more locations will be added as we grow.

How long does shipping take?

  • After processing and packing, please allow 5-7 business days for orders to ship. Depending on location, most domestic shipping takes 1-2 weeks or up to 14 business days.

    My Order says delivered but I have not received it?

  • Occasionally, there may be a delay in delivery or a glitch in the tracking system. It's important to note that your package might arrive later than the anticipated delivery time. We kindly ask that you allow at least 24 hours after the expected delivery time for your package to arrive.
  • If your package does not arrive within 24 hours of the expected delivery date, please reach out to us at thenefertitirosellc.com. We would be more than happy to assist you with a replacement or, in certain cases, provide a refund. Thank you for your understanding!

“Oh no! I entered the wrong address! Now what?”

  • If your order has not shipped, we can fix that for you! Just send us an email as soon as possible with your order information and the correct shipping address to @contactnefirose@thenefertitirosellc.shop. Please include “wrong address” in the subject line.
  • If your order has already shipped, please note that we are not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. Please see our Refund/Exchange policy above.

How are your products made?

  • At The Nefertiti Rose, LLC, we pride ourselves on being artist-first. Each product is lovingly designed, drawn, and produced in-house, ensuring a personal touch in every piece. We prioritize creativity and authenticity, which is why we currently do not have any products that are manufactured externally. Our artists harness the power of Procreate and Canva to craft the enchanting images and artwork that bring our whimsical stationery and stickers to life. This in-house process allows us to maintain the highest quality and infuse our unique vision into each item, empowering our customers to embrace their true selves with every purchase.

Do you work commissions?

  • No, The Nefertiti Rose, LLC does not provide custom art or work by commissions.

Sticker care:

  • Thank you for your inquiry about our holographic and vinyl stickers! We want to ensure that you get the best out of your beautiful stickers. Please remember to only hand wash items where the sticker is applied. While our stickers are waterproof, they are not dishwasher safe, and soaking them in soapy water can dissolve the glue, compromising the integrity of your sticker. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out! Happy sticking!

Variation in color and UV Resilience:

  • UV RESISTANCE NOT GUARANTEED - Most ink fades under extended exposure to sunlight.

  • COLOR VARIATION: Colors may vary slightly on your computer compared to the actual product due to variations in display settings.

  • HOW TO APPLY: Please apply to a smooth surface that has been cleaned and dried before applying the sticker.

  • Our beaded bracelets are handmade in the shop - Colors may vary slightly due to natural materials and may vary depending on your computer compared to the actual product due to variations in display settings. we offer 4 varieties:

  • raw unpolished quartz

  • polished quartz

  • glass beads

  • Plastic beads

  • Each bracelet is crafted with high quality materials:

  • quartz beads and glass beads 0.9mm

  • 0.8mm crystal or black stretch cord

  • 0.9mm sliver plated charms

  • Plastic beads - vary in sizes
